National Element, Inc. can provide re-furbishing services for heating element assemblies, plugheaters, firebars, apron conveyors, chain drive belts, and other assemblies. Many draw furnaces use heavy-duty frames of 330 stainless alloy. These frames can have new ceramics and heating elements replaced for up to one-half the cost of a new heater. Conveyors can be re-built with new chain, support rails, pillow blocks, and motors. Re-conditioned equipment can save thousands of dollars over cost of new.
Design/Consulting Services. We specialize in the design of Electric Heating Elements, Conveyor, and Material Handling Systems.
